               brand names and fun trendy styles which are freshly laundered and in

               excellent condition.


         2.  At the buy counter, we will handpick the most desirable items that can
              be resold.  We will make an offer based on inventory, style, brand
              and condition.

         3.  Walk away with cash or a gift card to buy fun trendy clothing at
              My Best Friend's Closet.  Occasionally we will ask you to
              leave your merchandise and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
